Refund Policy
How and when Seven Shades issues refunds for cancelled, returned or failed orders.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Email support@sevenshades.in with your order number.
Returned items
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5 – 7 business days of receipt.
Failed payments
If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, Razorpay auto-reverses the amount within 5 – 7 business days.
