7-day easy exchange on all Seven Shades products for size or manufacturing issues.

7-day window

Raise an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unworn, unwashed and with tags intact.

Email support@sevenshades.in with your order number and a photo of the product. We arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 – 7 business days of the returned item reaching us.
